Yes. Multiple properties in the same city or unincorporated county area share one location. There is no property cap. Properties in an incorporated city and the surrounding unincorporated county area count as separate locations.
Starter is $6/month or $60/year for one monitored location, billed monthly or annually. It includes all Pro features and unlimited properties in that location. Prices exclude applicable tax.

Yes. You can check addresses without an account, and a free account has its own 10 address lookups each calendar month, with the full checklist and cited sources. A lookup is used only when we find the address; checking it again that month, an address we can't match, and browsing public location guides are free. Saving a property uses a lookup unless you checked its address that month. Starter and Pro add unlimited lookups, ongoing monitoring, rule-change alerts, and email reminders for the filing and renewal dates you save.
